captivating characteristic of its own. Lake
Baringo possesses two major ornithological

largest nesting colony of Goliath Herons in
East Africa and the escarpment immediately
west of Campi ya Samaki on the western side
of the lake Baringo. It is the home of
Verreaux's Eagle, rare Bristle crowned
Starling and Hemprich's Hornbill. Apart from
birds, the lake Baringo houses a sizeable
population of crocodile's and hippos. Meals

National Park. The park provides a sanctuary

The contrast and apparent dislocation
between the shallow soda lake with its
primeval birds and the animated woods all
around it give Lake Nakuru National Park a
very distinctive appeal. Dinner and

Nakuru .
After breakfast at the Lake Nakuru
National park, depart for Masai Mara game
