This Nairobi Safari to Masai Mara, Lake
Nakuru and Amboseli is an exciting safari
visiting some of Kenya’s most loved parks.
Taking in the open plains of the Masai Mara,
the shimmery pink waters of Lake Nakuru and
the swamps of Amboseli. The Kenya classic

spot Africa’s ‘Big Five’ and more, amongst
beautiful and diverse scenery including
magnificent views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Day 1 Nairobi to Masai Mara National
Reserve:
After breakfast drive to the Sopa Lodge
(4.5hrs/ 280km). After game drive to spot
the ‘Big Five’ that are resident in the
Masai Mara.
Day 2 Masai Mara National Reserve:
Morning and afternoon games drive.
Hot-air balloon safaris can be pre-booked

Lodge or camp.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety
and abundance that it is difficult to
believe: over 450 species of animals have
been recorded here. You will easily see
lions, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe,
wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs,
hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, buffalo,
leopard, many kinds of antelopes and
elephant.
Day 3 Masai Mara Lake Nakuru
After breakfast depart masai Mara for
lake Nakuru national park where every
flamingo in the world seems to be here, a
spectacular ocean of pink surrounded by
forest and plains that are home to lion,
rhino, leopard, and large herds of
waterbuck. Dinner and overnight at Sarova
Lion Hill Lodge or similar.
Lake Nakuru's is home to millions of
flamingos and over 400 other species of
birds. From a distance the lake appears
ringed in pink. The Lake has also earned a
reputation as an important haven for
endangered species- particularly the
Rothschild Giraffe and the black and white
rhino. Lions, waterbuck, buffalo and baboons
are all residents here
Day 4 Lake Nakuru to Amboseli:
After breakfast, you will have a morning
game viewing session leave Lake Nakuru for
Nairobi for lunch then to Amboseli national
park for dinner and overnight at an Amboseli
Safari Camp or Lodge.
Amboseli National park is one of the most
popular wildlife sanctuaries situated
close to Kenya- Tanzania border, at the foot
of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest mountain in
Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit
presents a splendid view on clear days.
Amboseli National Park is home to the
largest Elephant herds in Kenya. The Game
Park also contains vast groups of Zebras,
Wildebeests, Giraffes, Buffalos, Hippos and
Antelopes. Also to be found in Amboseli are
lions, leopards, Cheetahs,
Day 5 Amboseli National Park:
Morning and afternoon game drives in
Amboseli, Overnight Amboseli Sopa Lodge.
Day 6 Amboseli To Nairobi
After breakfast, return to Nairobi
(4hrs/250km), arriving by
Lunchtime.
