safari to Aberdares, Lake Nakuru and Masai
Mara you will leave Nairobi and drive to
Aberdares, over-nighting in the Treetops
Lodge set in a forest glade with a waterhole
that attracts all sorts of wildlife during
the day and night. Your safari will also
take you to Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara for
the stunning landscapes of the Great Rift
Valley.
This shorter safari
combines the big game of the Masai Mara and
flamingos of Lake Nakuru with the less well
known Mt Kenya National Park, offering
spectacular bird watching and stunning
lakeside and mountain views and night game
viewing at the Treetops Lodge
Day 1:
Nairobi - Aberdares
Drive north towards Mt.
Kenya for lunch at Outspan hotel base hotel
for treetops lodge, afternoon transfer to
Treetops or the Ark to enjoying the lodge
facilities Game viewing will be at the
floodlit Saltlick Water hole.,dinner and
overnight at the Treetops or the Ark.

Day 2: Lake Nakuru
Leave after breakfast and drive past the
northern tip of the Aberdare Mountains to
descend into the Great Rift Valley where
Lake Nakuru is located. Visit the world
famous bird sanctuary of Lake Nakuru
National Park. Lunch and overnight at Lake
Nakuru Lodge/similar lodge.
Day 3: Masai Mara
Leave Nakuru after breakfast and head for
Masai Mara National Reserve which is famous
for it's great herds of wild game. All
animals found in Kenya among the "big five"
are found here. Arrive in time for lunch.
Afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight
at Mara Sopa Lodge/similar lodge.
Day 4: Masai Mara
Full day with morning and afternoon game
drive in Masai Mara. Leisure at lodge or visit the Masai
villages- at a small fee paid separately.
Meals and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge or
similar lodge in the Masai Mara.

Day 5: Nairobi
After breakfast return to Nairobi where
you arrive in time for lunch to mark the end
of your 5 days Kenya lodge safari.
